How do we sign up?

Do your meal plans account for personal preferences and allergies?
Our customized plans can and do address these needs.
Our standard plans are pre-built, and thus cannot address personal variations to the plans, but we do provide methods for substituting certain foods within the same portions so you can keep some variety in your plan.
Do you have plans that address certain medical conditions?
Unfortunately, none of our plans are made to address medical conditions, as those with specific needs should seek out a certified nutritionist.
Is this a one-time price or do you bill month-to-month?
That is entirely up to the client. You can:
1) pay for one plan and use that for as long as you want,
2) pay month-to-month to continue receiving new plans every month, or
3) pay up front for an extended coaching plan (2+ months). 2 months -> 10% off. 3 months -> 15% off

How do you make introductory client assessments?
We send out an introductory questionnaire and ask follow up questions related to your answers. We will also ask for pictures to check things like posture so as to assess muscle imbalances and such. We also ask that you record your workouts so we can track progress and assess relative strength.
Can you make customized plans if I don't have a gym membership?
Yes, we can create customized plans based on the equipment available, even if it is just bodyweight.
Are macros and calories included in your book?
Yes, both macros and calories are listed next to every recipe and snack in the ebook?
How will I receive my ebook?
You will receive a link via email. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it?
Are there any hard copies of your ebook for sale?
Unfortunately, it’s only in .pdf format, but many people have printed it out and put it in a binder to keep in the kitchen.
Will you be coming out with an ebook with recipes breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well?
Currently we do not plan on releasing an entrée ebook, but you can find full recipes in Amanda’s MealPlan App (iOS only for the time being).
We are also working on a healthy lifestyle ebook with a bunch of info on nutrition, workouts, and general health.
