Meal Plan Coaching
If you’d like a plan that takes preferences, intolerances, allergies, and other specific needs, we can customize a meal plan just for you. We also have pre-made meal plans for every calorie bracket if you want to get started today. You can choose between muscle gain, fat loss, or maintenance plans. Keto, vegetarian, and vegan meal plans are available.

Standard Meal Plans
Pre-made meal plans with a specific calorie bracket (Ex. 1400-1600 calories), based on your introductory questionnaire.
Customized Meal Plans
Personalized plan that is fully catered to your preferences, schedule, and goals. Includes nutritional supplement suggestions & additional tools.
Calorie & Macros Calculation
If you don’t want a full meal plan, we can help you get started by calculating your caloric needs and optimal macro ratio.
What does each meal plan offer?
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply eating healthier, we can help you reach it.
Each client will start by filling out a questionnaire and answering follow up questions. Macro and calorie calculation for all plans will take your lifestyle, age, height, weight, sex, and activity level into consideration.

We can customize a workout for you if you have specific needs, or you can choose from the many pre-built, ready-made workout plans we have available. You can choose between strength, muscle gain, fat loss, or performance. Customized Training Plans $150/month

One-on-One Training $75/30min; 125/hr
> Strength, HIIT, Hypertrophy, Power, Fat Loss, Agility, Speed
> You get a detailed training plan that prescribes set, reps, tempo, and rest for every exercise to meet a specific goal.
> Personal Training sessions are typically reserved for those who are looking for long term training (at least 4 weeks), but we do make exceptions.

Personal Training Commitments
You also have the option to lock in personal training sessions with us for 6-week phases rather than paying an hourly rate per session. We’ll be there to push you past your limits by incrementally changing training protocols and by focusing on the weaker areas of your training. You’d be surprised by how much improvement can come from the smallest adjustments.
